1. No Refunds After Services Begin
Due to the nature of our services, which require immediate allocation of resources, administrative processing, financial analysis, document preparation, creditor communications, account setup, and other professional work, all fees become non-refundable once services have commenced.
For purposes of this policy, services are considered to have commenced when any of the following occurs:
- Your enrollment has been processed;
- A client agreement has been executed;
- Financial information has been reviewed or analyzed;
- A consultation has been provided;
- Documentation has been prepared or submitted;
- Any work has been performed on your behalf.
Once any of these activities have occurred, no refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued.
2. Client Cancellation
You may request to cancel future services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will stop future work where applicable but does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered or work already initiated.
3. Digital and Professional Services
Our services consist primarily of professional consulting, administrative processing, and digital service delivery rather than the sale of tangible goods. As such, once access to our services has been provided or work has begun, the purchase is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable federal or state law or if Savings Network LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that a billing error occurred. Any approved refund will be limited to the amount of the verified overpayment or billing error.
5. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and understand that no refunds are available once services have commenced.
